GUIDELINES – DISCUSSION TABLES

All Discussion Tables will be taking place live. As the host, you are not required to prepare any presentation beforehand. You only need to have a topic/question to discuss and expertise in the area.
- Within an hour time slot there will be a maximum of four round “table” ‘presentations’, each lasting 15 minutes. Each “table” will be hosted by the “presenter”. The “presenter” will make a very short introduction of the topic/theme of around 2 minutes maximum, and then facilitate a discussion.
- After the 15 minutes time period the presenter will be automatically switched, and the delegates will have a further 15 minutes with the next presenter and topic; this will be repeated until all the (up to) four tables have been visited by each of the presenters.
- Note that the “tables” are designed to be small interactive discussions and will be hosted in “camera-on” zoom-type rooms to facilitate conversation and debate.
Length: max 15 min (max 2 min presentation of the topic + 13 min discussion)
Register yourself for the Digital Conference
Click the “Create/Manage Registration” button in the Online Conference portal and process your registration. Keep in mind that without your complete (paid) registration, your abstract cannot be incorporated into the programme.
